LIBAY ADVERTISING SERVICE TERMS

The Libay Advertising Service Terms govern your use of Libay Advertising, a service that allows you to advertise your products on the Libay platform. These terms apply to your participation in and use of all advertising and promotional tools, placements, and marketing programs (collectively referred to as “Ad Services”) offered by Libay. Your use of the Ad Services is governed by the Libay Advertising Agreement, which you accept by registering for or using any part of the Ad Services. The Libay Advertising Agreement may be updated from time to time, and your continued use of the Ad Services constitutes your acceptance of such updated terms. The most current version of the Libay Advertising Agreement will be made available through the Libay Seller Portal or as otherwise communicated by Libay. In the event of any conflict between the General Terms or other applicable Libay Program Policies and the Libay Advertising Agreement with respect to the Ad Services, the Libay Advertising Agreement will prevail to the extent of such conflict. If the Libay Advertising Agreement is deemed unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, then the General Terms shall govern your access to and use of the Ad Services.
